These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dh999 platform and its associated services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the dh999 website, mobile version, and all services provided. "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on dh999.

dh999 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

• A person may operate only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

dh999 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card or other valid identity document may be requested for verification. If any inconsistency is found in the information, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on dh999, you must provide accurate personal information. If any information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, dh999 reserves the full right to close that account.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If any unauthorized person uses your account, dh999 must be notified immediately. dh999 will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party use.

3.3 Account Closure

A member may contact dh999's support team at any time to close their account. All outstanding balances must be settled before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

dh999 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Members must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following cases:

• If identity verification has not been completed
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• If there is an active investigation on the account
• Due to technical reasons

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on the dh999 platform are secured through SSL encryption technology. A member's financial information is not shared with any third party.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on dh999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for playing on dh999.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted before wagering requirements are met.
• Two different bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically approved.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through fraudulent activity, the account will be cancelled.
• dh999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

dh999's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on active participation and regular play on the platform. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to the account each week.

7.1 Permitted Activities

Members may participate in slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming categories on the dh999 platform. All games are operated in accordance with Fair Play principles.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial means
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Harassing behavior toward other members

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error produces an abnormal result, dh999 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wager. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical issue will be cancelled.
