Your Questions

Teen Patti is a three-card Indian card game where the player's hand is compared against the dealer's hand. Andar Bahar is even simpler — one card is placed in the middle of the table and you guess whether the next matching card will appear on the left side (Andar) or the right side (Bahar). Both games are available at dh999 via live streaming with a real dealer.

Yes. In live dealer games, a trained dealer deals cards or spins the roulette wheel through high-quality video streaming from a real studio or casino floor. You can also chat with the dealer through the chat box. Games from top providers like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available at dh999.

dh999's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly from a browser on both Android and iOS. Use a good Wi-Fi or 4G connection to keep the video stream smooth. Landscape mode gives you a larger screen, making the gaming experience more enjoyable.

Baccarat mainly offers three betting options — Player (the player wins), Banker (the banker wins), and Tie (it's a draw). Some variants also have Pair or Perfect Pair side bets. Two hands are dealt each round and whoever's points are closest to 9 wins. Its simple rules make it quite popular among new players.

dh999 offers multiple variants including European Roulette, American Roulette, and Speed Roulette. The European variant has one zero (0), while the American variant has two (0 and 00). You can place many types of bets including single numbers, colors (red/black), and odd/even. Payouts differ for each bet type.

dh999 generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. Once the request is approved, the funds go directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. During peak hours it may take slightly longer, but we are committed to completing the process as quickly as possible.

Yes. For security reasons, dh999 always verifies that the withdrawal wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) matches the name used during account registration. Withdrawals to a wallet under a different name are generally not processed. This is done to protect your account.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. dh999's welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳50,000 in bets before those bonus winnings become withdrawable. Your wagering progress can be tracked in your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount at dh999 is ৳500. This limit applies to all three payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Before making a withdrawal request, make sure your balance is at least ৳500 and that your wagering requirements have been met.
